HOW DO I KNOW THAT I NEED AN EDUCATIONAL THERAPIST AND NOT A TUTOR ?
The need for educational therapy can be identified by school personnel or you may observe some of these behaviors:
You may have had some early indications from your child such as a history of ear infections, late onset for learning language, difficulty concentrating, remembering, or paying attention.
Your child may withdraw from their normal activities, resist going to school, or say that he can't learn or that he is stupid.
Your child may take a long time to complete his homework and may need a large amount of your time and attention to do so.
